The Project
Micron Technology Inc. sought to build a 50,000-square-foot research and development facility at its site in Boise, Idaho. The development included a 25,000-square-foot clean room facility and a footprint for future expansion. FlowTherm designed and built custom skids featuring two 50 million BTU Bell & Gossett heat exchangers. The skids provide heat not only to the new facility but also to a portion of another area, maximizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness. With this innovative solution, FlowTherm helped Micron Technology achieve its goals for the facility while maintaining optimal performance and operational efficiency.
